Feel free to eMail us any time at: email@example.com and we'll do our very best to get back to you right-away, but we may not always respond to eMails asking questions convered in the FAQ or the help, nevertheless, licensed owners get top priority and as much help as we can give.
If you're having trouble activating your software be aware that the code never has the letter "O" in it. If it looks like an O it's a zero, always. If you're still having problems activating please send in a screen shot of the activation window with your code(s) entered and we'll respond ASAP.
If you're reporting a crash, please include a Mac OS X crash log which you can get via the Console application in your utilities folder. (If there are no crash logs, turn on logging in Console's preferences.) Also please indicate the version of Mac OS X and the version of QuickTime you're using.
