Simplicity with Power & Flexibility
By keeping its interface very simple Intuem presents a composition in its entirety allowing you to edit each track in its own pitch-space while in context with the others. Intuem uses a single window to display the composition with each track shown in one of three styles: a very small Micro style used as an overview; standard music Notation; and Mega, a "piano-roll" style used mainly for editing. You can switch between each style on a track-by-track basis and can group tracks together as if layered on top of each other sharing the same pitch-space. MIDI Continuous Controller data can be edited in separate views attached to the bottom edge of a track, and many controllers on a track can be edited at the same time, as well as on many tracks at once, and even in layered groups of tracks.

Intuem uses custom translucent palettes that take Aqua one step further, giving you the convenience of movable controls without taking up valuable screen real-estate. Additionally, standard music notation is displayed with a new, very fast drawing custom font for unmatched clarity and performance thanks to Quartz's anti-aliased rendering.

Outstanding MIDI Performance & Soft-Synth Expandability
By using OS X's built-in MIDI capabilities Intuem can work with any MIDI keyboard or sound module* as well as QuickTime Musical Instruments plus DLS and SoundFont2 files to provide a rich environment for music production. (* Requires a MIDI interface and Mac OS X drivers. Compatible products are already available from RolandEdirol, Midiman and Evolution.)

Share: Publish & Export
Intuem offers the ability to import and export standard MIDI files (.mid) and can also print your music in standard music notation in the widely used manuscript format musicians are accustomed to. Intuem can also import RMID files (.rmi)
